How to add a backslash character?
I've just tried to add a 'backslash' to a page content, but all the ways I've tried did not work:
- simply using the backslash caracter
- escaping it with a second backslash
- using the unicode (\) in the source, what is really interesting, as the unicode code afterwards gets replaced by the backslash character in the source.

Inappropriate?I wasn't able to reproduce your error, I was able to type in a backslash (ASCII Decimal 92) straight into a wiki page with no issues...
Am I missing something?
I’m confused

Inappropriate?I gave it some tries, this only happens when I set the format to "Formatted".
Is there any workaround? I really would like to use this formatting here, as the document describes some shell commands.
I’m seeing clearer now

Inappropriate?I've now found a solution for myself. Used the 'Normal' format and changed the font to 'Courier New'.
But are there any further limitations with the 'Formatted' text format?
I’m fine

Inappropriate?I am also having this problem and would like to see a solution that is not just a workaround.
I’m annoyed
