How to re-invite Users who did not receive an invitation
You can re-invite Users to a wiki if they did not receive the first invitation. I was able to test this in one of my sample 2.0 style wikis.
To invite Users to a 2.0 wiki, you go to the Users page in Settings and use the "Add Users" section. All it requires is an email address and the level of access you wish to give them.
If they say that they did not receive the email from us, you can remove them from the Users list as shown here.
Once they have been removed, you can try inviting them again in the "Add Users" section.

Inappropriate?One thing to remember ...
If someone is not able to receive an invitation from us, they cannot set up a PBwiki Account using that email address.
In that case, they will simply have to use another email address.
I personally recommend that they set up a free Gmail.com web mail account. It's simple to use and we never have problems with Gmail blocking any email from us.
