How to remove rich text formatting
You can copy stuff from web pages and word processors.
You can paste it into a wiki page, but you won't always get what you expect.
Sometimes, the page won't even display everything you pasted in.

Inappropriate? The PBwiki Point and Click editor cannot always display the same formatting that other web pages or word processors use.
Your best bet is to remove all formatting from text before you paste it into the wiki.
Here's how I do it.
1. Copy the original document text.
2. Open up Notepad and paste it in.
3. Copy all the text in Notepad.
4. Paste the (now unformatted) text into the wiki.
Notepad removes all the formatting for you. Any plain text editor will work just as well as Notepad.
Once you have the text in your wiki page, you can use the Point and Click editor's toolbar to format it exactly as you want. -
Inappropriate? It would be better if PBwiki just maintained formatting from Word. Is this in the works as an option? It's a drag to have to recreate all the formatting!
I’m surprised

Inappropriate? There isn't anything in the "works" at this moment. We will provide better support for Word in the future.
