Javascript won't work

Hi, I setup an index page on my wiki over a year ago. This lists all the pages in alphabetical order and puts quick links to each letter on the top of the page. This is done through a javascript but it stopped working just the other day. I am using PBwiki 1.0, the javascript is still online, and this is the code I used:

When I went to see what was wrong the site told me that scripts were not allowed on pages. I am kind of confused.

If this is not going to work anymore does anyone know of a way to have an alphabetical index with quick links to each letter?
