I want to add a keyword function to my document repository. Is there a way to search a repository by keyword?

Inappropriate?Since the repository is really just an HTML table, I would insert a new column at the end for keywords. Then, I would use the browser's built-in search function (usually accessed through ctrl+f) to look for them.
