Inappropriate?We've always encouraged people to use wikis to make money if they can. Just keep in mind that you may have to use a premium account. Free accounts should not be used for business.
I can't be certain that the adwords code will work perfectly in a wiki but I'm willing to help if you need it.

Inappropriate?Actually, Tamara, AdWords is where you buy keywords for people to find your wiki. You pay money for adwords. I think you mean AdSense, where you place ads on your site, and Google pays you. I have successfully used AdSense on a V1.0 wiki (see an example here. I have not been able to get tem to work in a V2.0 wiki yet. Are you using a V1.0 or V2.0 wiki?
