On my wiki, someone sent in and accidently deleted everything that was on a page. Is there a way to go back in time and bring back the page that was there?

I had a page on the wiki which had links to several of the contributors - where they went in and posted their lesson plans. Someone went in and accidently erased the whole page that had the links to those folks... is there a way to go back and recover the page from before or recreate it?
