I'm located in Poland, but am having trouble accessing PBwiki. Can someone explain what's happening?

Inappropriate?We block netblocks where we've directly witnessed widespread, systematic, and deliberate abuse of the PBwiki system. This is not done on a country-wide basis but rather for misbehaving groups of IP addresses which may happen to have concentrations within certain countries. We will consider revising this list of blocks from time to time, so customer feedback is helpful - if you continue to have trouble accessing our service, please let us know which netblock you're accessing from and we'll see what we can do to make things right for you.
