If you need more fine tuned "ticklers" you might try getting the RSS feed for that page alone.as shown at the link above.
If it needed to be an emailed message, there are services that allow you to change an RSS feed into an email. One such service is RSSFWD.

Keep in mind that some RSS feed readers and services may not accept a feed from a private wiki because of the required login to access the page contents.
