Redacting information and pages
If the pbwiki is going to be used for legal, business, government, medical industry etc purposes, there should probably be a way for redacting information in a document. in the editor, selecting text and pressing the redact button will cause it to have a strikethrough and be gray or something like that to the editor. Readers only see a block of gray and can not read the text. This has to be a server-side filter so that page source does not contain the redacted information.
Also, although not essential, a nice to have is a permanent storage for redacted wiki pages (as opposed to deleted). Only admins could see the redacted pages. Once redacted, the page can not be deleted from the redacted pages. A single-button redact would be nice for admins.
A business purpose for redacted pages is when the company has an official policy. You don't want to delete the old policy because it is a legal document and you keep copies of old policies.
For healthcare there are legal requirements for HIPAA (patient privacy). You might want some information redacted when you make a form public or viewable by an outside organization.
Of course the military would want a way to redact before publication.

Inappropriate?Hmm, this is definitely an interesting thought. No promises, but I'll bring it up.
