That's a great idea, but... V2.0 does not even have PDF output; that's a V1.0 feature. Since they have stated that V1.0 is being abandoned, I wouldn't expect them to be adding new capabilities anytime soon.
I have added "PDF support" to the V2.0 Missing Features Wiki.

Inappropriate?Our PDF rendering leaves a lot to be desired all around, but that's why I've always used a PDF printer driver such as doPDF to create my PBwiki pdf's anyway. It's not an ideal solution, and as far as I know, better PDF support is in the 2.0 roadmap, but I'm sorry I can't give an ETA on when that would be right now. -

Inappropriate?I'm sorry, PDF support was around in the beta, and the engine is still there, but turned off. I forgot about that. My apologies.
