Too many help options - Please Clarify

I'm finding that there are too many different help options, which results in a fragment system. These seem to be the options and it's not clear which one to use.



I've been directed all over the place. SInce I want to be clear for my students, I think that this should be looked into and made clear to everyone, ie. where to go for help. If everything is supposed to be at Get Satisfaction, then wouldn't it be better to link from the wiki page to GS and not to help.pbwiki.com or pbwiki.com/help ?

Also, for any of the options, I think that there are too many messages and not enough meaningful tags. There has to be another way to organize all those messages, eg. categorize them in some way, eg. Registering for an Account, Creating a Wiki, Editing a Wiki, The Sidebar.. messages with common elements can be placed together.

When I was trying to find help for something, I would look at the suggestions and go through multiple entries of sometimes the same question.
