Yeah, I've had the same frustration. Just last night as a matter of fact, I forgot to remove the auto-generated tag from a new invite I sent out, so all my meticulously assigned tags are messed up so I had to manually go through each contact and remove it. Probably need to add some sort of batch tag edit process... 'twould be helpful.
+2, please remove the auto-generated tag, just leaving that field blank by default. I've forgotten to remove that on several occasions now.-

Suggestion for 'Open Guest List' featureHey guys. Got a quick suggestion for the open guest list feature. We create a bunch of invites for our church events, but sometimes we'd prefer to send a custom email invitation that simply includes our Crush3r invite link for people to click on to sign up. We also link to Crush3r via our website and newsletters so people can sign up on their own without an invitation.
I'm glad you guys have the option for an open guest list, but a lot of times people get to the site and don't know how to RSVP because they miss the "Add yourself to this open guest list?" link. Can we make that a little more user friendly? Even just bringing the content of the pop-up that's displayed when you click that link to the main event page would help considerably I think. Or even a more prominent button that says "Click here to sign up" would do the trick.

LOL, ok sorry - think I narrowed it down a bit more. It may just be something funky going on with just my Crush3r profile (events@lifepointcc.org) because I can see the background images once I'm logged out or if I login on my personal account. I'm not sure how this happened or what's really causing it, but from what I can tell, all my account settings are set to default. Anyways, hope these additional details can provide some answers to the engineering team.

Ok, I've done a little more testing and it is the flash video avatar, because the background image disappears in IE7 as well (I posted a link previously you can check out). I guess the avatar's a cool feature and all, but I'd rather see my custom backgrounds that I've spent a good deal of time designing, but hey, that's just me, lol. Any way we can just disable that feature for now until we get the kinks worked out?

Nathan Duvall reported a problem in Crusher on June 20, 2008 02:53:
Background Image Display Issue in Firefox 3Hey guys, just reported this as a bug, but wanted to post it here as well. I found a bug related to the new Firefox 3 browser. Any custom background image appearing on Crusher Pages disappears on page load, it's really quite strange. Sometimes it displays right away, then immediately disappears, other times it doesn't appear at all. I've tried reloading the custom background image and re-saving the invite and it'll stay in view until I go out of that page and come back in. It's like it's hiding the custom image behind the background color or something. Again, I've only had this issue with FF3, IE is fine and never had any issues with FF2. Just wanted to mention it to you guys since a lot of people will be upgrading their browser over the next few weeks. Thanks.
Here's a sample invite you can check: http://crush3r.com/page/skdehhfiby
