Or what size messenger bag? please help soon, and why you made the choice you made." in Timbuk2:
Hey Rono39c, you are right, with your extra width you your depth can be compensated for. Since your Wii would be going into the laptop compartment you will be able to get your cords, nunchucks, cords and some games!
As for the bag I have seen the one you are speaking of. Nope, not ours! Looks pretty dead on our Commute but is no where near our quality. Plus, the sizing is small on that bag.
eck!, an employee of Timbuk2, replied on December 12, 2007 16:38 to the question "Why doesn't the new Track Day Pack fit the new Macbook Pro 17'?" in Timbuk2:
The Track does fit the 17" MacBook. Here's why there was 2 different sizing on the chart and "Fits these laptops"...It was resized this season to accomodate larger laptops and loads. However , we had some previous season colors on the site at the same time as the new Track. So, it was a combo of the old and new. Instead on notating that this color way is old with a .5" sizing diff the old measurements were left up. Since then the old colors have been removed from the site. Well, then we just got sloppy and never revisited the pages sizing. Sorry for our airheadedness! Site is now updated to the correct info that pertains to all the Tracks, be it the Original Track or just the Track.-

eck!, an employee of Timbuk2, replied on December 08, 2007 00:55 to the question "Does the small market tote have a long shoulder strap in addition to the handles?" in Timbuk2:
To be truthful, I carry a small Market Tote to run around with. I usually have my wallet, cell hone, a novel, my reading glasses and a Nalgen (now taller Camelback) water bottle and I love it. Granted, it doesn't have a shoulder strap but what is classified as "handles" on the medium and large is longer on a small, a 9.5" drop. So, you can sling it on your shoulder! If you are looking to carry a digital camera too, and not much else I would say you would be fine with a small if you are looking for a compact bag. If you are looking to add in a true camera and lenses I would say go medium. If you are familiar with our Messenger bag then think of the equivalent of a small bag on it's side. I do agree that if you are looking for full closure to go with the Cargo Tote. It's a pretty versatile bag.-

We don't have a way of knowing if a retailer has a particular item so you would have to give them a call.

eck!, an employee of Timbuk2, replied on December 06, 2007 17:55 to the question "Can you "build your own" Lula Day Pack?" in Timbuk2:
Sorry but that's a negative. We do not make the Lula in our San Francisco location and we wouldn't have all the parts and pattern that would be needed to build one. We do offer the Lex Pack. It's a little bigger but a great backpack!
