They sent me an update and it looks like that problem went away, although I'm now having FTP issues but that may be unrelated to delicious. I have to investigate further. – Chris, on October 03, 2008 14:41

@Ruben
I understand and apologize your frustration and will of course give you a full refund, simply write to terry@delicious-monster.com.
Unfortunately the release of Delicious Library 2 coincided with the release of MobileMe, and it's been a roller-coaster ride for us as well trying to keep up with Apple's changes and fixes when they won't release any information or documentation to us about what they're doing. 2.0.4 had some major fixes for us, but we still have a few kinks we need to iron out. Again, we're working on perfecting this functionality and we apologize for the inconvenience.

I installed the new version and now I can upload all my libraries, but there's still a pop up message that says that there are problems publishing in Mobile Me. Covers of my iTunes albums doesn't show. I'm sick and tired of this software, never, not one time, I was able to publish anything with no errors. I regret the day I buy this. I will tell my friends not to make the same mistake. I will zapp this app right now.

Is the following message related to this thread? (ns concrete data in with contents of file:options:error:) nil file argument - would you like to submit a bug report? - I can't use the camera to read bar codes now that I have updated to the latest version (2.03) I just get this message every time. I'm having the same problem. It initially started when I tried to publish from 2.0 so I upgraded to 2.03 and it published once. Now I try it and it comes up with that error half way through the progress and stops at the same point every time. I'm assuming it is a specific file but why did it work once?
Chris replied on September 25, 2008 15:11 to the problem "Cannot publish via FTP." in Delicious Monster:
I'm getting all sorts of errors when I try to publish. I know the FTP info is correct. One error says, "FTP Publish Failed. We encountered an error when publishing your library to your FTP site at..." "...Operation could not be completed. Your server could not find this file." It goes on to list a file that failed, which I presume it should have created. It seems to have published a lot of pages but never finished with them, nor did it finish with the images.
Another error: "Operations could not be completed. Attempt to allocate 67108864 bytes for NS/CFData failed."
I tried publishing to a folder instead of FTP and the whole computer froze up. I couldn't even exit to the desktop, I was stuck on the spinning wheel. I had to hot-reset the computer, flushing all my open apps out of RAM.

The new beta fixes the publishing error for me as well. – bluloo, on September 23, 2008 04:09
jfield reported a problem in Delicious Monster on September 22, 2008 00:28:
Cannot publish via FTP.I've been trying to publish my site with the latest beta via FTP and it just won't work. It used to work via SFTP but I guess that was removed. I know the username and password are correct as well as the other information. When I hit publish it says it is doing it in the menu but stays at 0% until I restart and no files seem to be created. Is this process logged somewhere?
The path I have is /usr/home/username/public_html
Also the "Viewing URL" keep appending 2 "/deliciouslibrary" at the end so it ends up this:
http://hostname/~username/deliciousli...
Any ideas?
Thanks,
-Jeff

The beta works for me; I have no problems publishing but I haven't done much else with it yet.
The iTunes cover art reflects what is visible in Delicious Library, but iTunes itself shows many more covers. Is this the difference between artwork embedded in the MP3 versus artwork in iTunes own data structure? The things that do show seem to be albums that I either purchased from iTunes or manually added the artwork to. Artwork that iTunes added automatically does not show.

The new beta does not display most of my iTunes covers, and has some other issues. You can check it here:

Did everyone try the new beta? 2.0.3 doesn't have the fix in it. You can download it here: http://delicious-monster.com/download...
