Unfortunately, there's not. Currently, the best you can hope for is to email them - cordially and specifically explaining your situation and giving them as much info as you can including the email address associated with the account. And then wait. From most reports it's sounding like it's taking them at least three days and up to a week or more to get back to people with a personalized response. You may get an automated response before then but that won't be helpful.
