It is possible to create calendar and RSS feeds containing only items with a specific tag. Use the search term "tags=blahblah".

Although you might want to use the "private" version of the feeds in order to avoid authentication problems. (Looks like http://iwantsandy.com/we5rnl28m1ns3dy...)

The RSS feeds have an additional problem. They only return the first "page" of items (about 25).

Try Nozbe and Jott they are awesome together; Nozbe for GTD and Jott for reminders and voice capture on the go.

What I ended up doing is opening the event as Sandy stores it and downloading the calendar to iCal, where I can apply an end date and add a location (two hints/RFEs for later releases there). Not sure how to sync it back up to Sandy's magic book, though.

I'm also looking for a solution to "remind me to do X for the next 6 fridays" without having to remind Sandy when it's done.
