for me, i can't even send updates via text!!! it stopped abruptly on Saturday!!
i don't think its my provider's problem because they show that the message has been sent!!

Sounds like the normal behavior when the iPhone is paired with a Bluetooth headset (like the Motorola H371). Answering goes to the headset, unless you select a different source. If he un-pairs the headset, then it will go back to the more familiar behavior of jus answering on the iPhone without the Audio source choices.

There doesn't appear to be any setting for Audio Source, at least on my phone.

Actually, I did a $ sudo chown -R to my_user of Skitch.app, and now it works. But, I am an admin user, so it would have been nice if Skitch told me about the permissions problem, or, better yet, just asked for my admin password and made the change necessary for me.

I got an auto-update of Skitch yesterday, and ever since then the dock icon is always visible, no matter what I set in the preferences. I will try downloading a fresh copy of the app and see if that helps...

The Deck (http://decknetwork.net/) is exclusive and extremely high quality. If you could get in, I think that would be awesome. I don't deal with ads much, o I really don't have any further recommendations.

I'm glad you are on board! Blinky, jittery ads are the worst. Especially while I'm trying to look at images.

BarelyFitz - it stopped working for me again too, but this time I completely removed it from my login items (before I'd just unchecked the "hide" box, this time I hit the little minus).

Now it seems to be all good, and interestingly this fix cleared up my problems with twitterrific as well, which I'm extremely happy about!

The drag and drop works, but Skitch is already set up to send to other web applications that could use similar methods: drag to flickr uploadr, for example.

My reasoning is probably just a preference, but in general, clicking a button beats drag'n'drop every time. Also by uploading to web first, character recognition is performed before it hits the client side. Small but noteworthy difference.

Another option that works now: You can 'drag me' onto the evernote dock icon. Then when evernote syncs next, it goes online.

This is what I do, and is fast.

Is this suitable or am I missing specific reasoning for webpost?
(do you need a evernote URL perhaps?)

I'm having the same problem. Had it a couple of days ago, so I found this page and tried the Login Items solution--and it worked. However, here I am a couple of days later, having the same problem, and now that solution is no longer an option as Skitch is already unchecked in my Login Items. Could you please try removing Skitch from Login items and then restart your Mac...?

Apple icon > System Preferences... > Accounts > Login Items > and uncheck Skitch. Then Restart your Mac.

Please let us know how you go.

I spoke too soon - I got skitch to run but the "drag to desktop" feature wasn't working. Now when I quit and try to restart it doesn't work.
