This seems some sort of a conversion problem with a particular server. In fact, it might be useful as a test case to understand the problem. I downloaded and reuploaded your files. [http://www.slideshare.net/rashmi/scal...]. The links work in it.

If you reupload, it should be fine. But please don't delete your previous scaling one for time being, as I am going to ask our engineer who focuses on this to look into what happened.

You have good points here but what I do not like is the following:
1. When you open your slideshare presentation in FULL mode
2. And click on a link in an specific slides
3. If you want to go back to your slideshare presentation, it will not be in FULL mode anymore. Why cannot it stay in full mode in one tab while you open a link in another tab?
On the contrary, when you open your presentation in FULL mode directly from Powepoint and click on one link in an specific slide, you can go back directly to your powerpoint presentation in FULL mode whithout having to click on the "full view" icon.

In the meanwhile, please copy paste the embed code once agian into your blog... this will work... its a random bug
