I'm not familiar with the metallurgic composition of those drip pans, but my usual process for cleaning kitchen hardware is to start with a long soak in mild detergent. When that doesn't work, @suncatcher and I are on the same page - Bar Keeper's Friend is a FANTASTIC product for getting things clean. It may require a little elbow grease, but it lets you avoid using something as caustic and toxic as EasyOff.

The easiest and best way to introduce yourself to AP is in person - we LOVE getting to know new faces in the community of interaction designers.
We all know that making your way to industry events and conferences can be difficult right out of school, so the other best way to get ahold of us is by emailing us through our site, available at adaptivepath.com. Just head over to contact and send along a little note of introduction. We'd be delighted to hear from you.-
