Also - if you can post a photo of this - or even better get us your order number and date - the factory workers take great pride in their product and want to sort out how this made it through their quality control.

That was a special edition built in 2006. We do not have any for sale... I agree a very cool bag.

Check Ebay and also dealers like Zappos who sometimes have older stock...

As I have used it, I would recommend a sleeve for the computer as the retro bag is as it was in 1989 , very simple inside (no padding).

It is really a cool bag, and will break in well.

I agree - laptop messenger is the ticket. Make it custom with colors that he will like. It will last a lifetime for most - so definitely make it through college. P.

This was a special make for Zappos - their team came in to our factory in San Francisco and made up a few special bags out of some really cool fabrics - supper limited and Zappos only...I think we only made a handful.

The sale on line was busy - but we only had a few dozen of any item in general so it went fast.

Yes the where house sale we had a year ago was different as in SF we make a lot of our products and have a lot of samples (colors we never made n volume, designs we never made in volume etc) that we sold off.

I agree - the 'factory sale' was really special as it was mostly one off samples... hard to do on line - but a good challenge to... thanks...
