You are good, very fast reply.
Thank you very much.
I would be extremely ecstatic with the small groups and public groups. I think the public ones would be a fantastic idea too (probably more useful for me), but what limitation will be imposed to try to get businesses using the business version rather then using the free one for business use?

I know that this may be either too hard to implement, or you want to keep it to the business version.
But I agree with Guy that the productivity would be great to compare to people. I was wondering if you know in your profile, if it could compare to other people who have selected the same/similar type of occupation. Just generally of course, not specific people like in a team situation.
Personally I am a student so It would be great to be able to compare to other Students, but then also Engineering Students if there were any. It would mean that people would probably have to fill out the occupation part.
But yeah, what are the chances that this would be able to be implemented into the free version? Coz it would be great for motivation, or just to compare with people. The problem is with the student that some students spend 3 days per week at uni, when others like me spend 5 so there would need to be some way to separate them for it to work effectively.
Anyway the efficiency, productivity is really good. Great job!

Ok just to give more info what I am talking with the auto tagging, and why I need it... here are some numbers:
Untagged, just this week, 5 pages worth of stuff, just on the first page the website add up to about 300 minutes. The highest webpage which isnt tagged is about 20 minutes. I know I should tag these, but several of these 5 pages I might use once, and its going to keep coming just random web pages.
I imagine it would work like this.. click autotag, then select firefox then click automaticaclly tag with this.
Or.. a filter perhaps? like in gmail? I could just tag anything with .com, .org, .com.au, and others to automatically be tagged with Internet? that might be more flexible.

Just quickly, I formatted my computer yesterday and came to the site to download the exe where is it?? The new site is nice, but needs a bit of tweaking. Like Dartmann111 pointed out, where is the download button now?? It was great up at the top with the settings etc etc etc, keep it there :) please. .. Ok i just found it, right down the bottom. I prefer it up the top, but thats just me.
Anyway You guys are getting closer, It will take me a while to give you some proper feedback after using it for awhile.
Few Quick Things;
I do agree the goals, takes up way to much real estate
Is it possible to perhaps be able to move the graphs around? similar to a igoogle home page ? just drag and drop?
The New graphs look fantastic, great job with them.
I am still waiting to be able to tag anything in Mozilla Firefox as Internet and then be able to also take specific pages really need that one guys. I want to know how much time I spend on the Internet, not just on the main pages. I know im not getting a proper estimation as i do visit several websites once or twice.
Agree with the words, needs the words again with tags and total times the top 10 and the rest was good too.
give me a few days and Ill give you some more feed back.

"To automatically apply a tag to anything that is opened in firefox (internet in this case) but i could also tag individual websites. So when im here i tag it as rescuetime, or whatever, but there is a.. main tag applied to firefox which is internet.
Coz i cant really tell how much time i spend on the net, coz all the little sites aren't counted."

Couple of suggestions - update on rightclick, overlaying graphs, zooming graph3 suggestions, the 4th is in another thread which I will find and attach to the bottom. These are just things I notice while using rescuetime that i wish I could do, I don't know if anyone else thinks the same or wants the same but i figured it was worth suggesting.
First one is about updating. To update now you need to right-click on the icon near the time/show preferences/send update now.
Seems very long, can it just be a right click then click update now? or if not at least show what time it was last updated? so you can decide if its worth updating the data?
2nd.
I like to look at the graphs, and analyse them being a nerdy numbers guy. So i kind of like flexibility with the graphs. I like the week view, and I like the day view, but what I would like to do is when it comes to the day view, is be able to click on an hour and have it tell me what I spent that hour doing and what programs /applications I used.
Another thing that I would like to be able to do is to overlay differnt tags, or days or weeks, or times i use the computer. For example, overlay the daily view of each week day to see when i tend to use the computer the most, or overlay Internet tag to see when i use the Internet the most, or watch tv shows, or anything like that. Just be able to compare the data by overlaying various tags, or times.
Also I would like to be able to zoom in just to view say from 12pm-5pm or a custom set of times not a full day or hour or week.
The last thing I will post below, because I have typed it out in another thread previously.

This has already been taken care of but what i want... is..
To automatically apply a tag to anything that is opened in firefox (internet in this case) but i could also tag individual websites. So when im here i tag it as rescuetime, or whatever, but there is a.. main tag applied to firefox which is internet.
Coz i cant really tell how much time i spend on the net, coz all the little sites aren't counted.

You guys and girls are really good with these problems.
I just wanted to post to say that I have had the same issue. I am in Australia (GMT+10) its 4pm Saturday afternoon, and today is still considered Friday. I think the data is still showing properly aligned with the times of usage, but its screwing with the clickables.
Just a side note, custom views for the pretty pretty graphs? such as thursday-sunday. or only between 9am-5pm on each week day?
Topher replied on November 24, 2007 05:32 to the idea "ajaxy goodness for managing tags" in RescueTime:
That is great! just noticed the change then, looks great, and works great so far.
I still want anything opened in firefox to automatically be tagged with something tho. I want to see how much time i spend online. I can see the major pages, but I want it to automatically tag anything opened in firefox with a tag, but also make sure i can keep looking to see how much time i waste on a specific site or group of sites.-
