I agree that for music players, the usage in the background is just as valuable as that in the foreground sometimes. This is just a interface problem though, and we'll sort it out in the future.

With a lot of effort, I think we could track this. It's not something I see us doing thought. At this time, we're very focused on applications, not necessarily their performance.

I'm not really sure what you mean by this. If you use any application yourself, it will still show up on Wakoopa.

Just a short update on this: we're very close to implementing oAuth in our tracker. This will also be used for an upcoming API we're creating. In other words: OpenID support might not be far if all goes right.
