I have this problem too. I've also changed my password, which prompted Twhirl to ask me for a new password the next time I launched it but didn't unblock my API limit. There really needs to be a feature on the Twitter site (like there is on Flickr and Facebook, etc.) where I can view the apps which are logging in as me and control their access.-

API Limit Exceeded in Twhirl, Twitterific, etc.Help!
I love Twitter and use it all the time, but I seem to have gotten myself into a bit of a pickle. Something is connecting to Twitter as me and using up all my API connections so that I'm not actually able to connect from any of the clients I regularly use (Twhirl, Twitterific). I can connect fine through the web at twitter.com or on hahlo.com from my iPhone.
There doesn't seem to be any way that I could find to get a list of which apps are authenticating as me and/or to block them. I'm not really sure how to resolve this since I can't figure out what's causing the problem. Hope you can help! I want my Twitter action back.
