Hi,

I am not sure where did I hear about this feature, users able to create folders, being release this year. If Synthasite has some plans about this feature already, then I am wondering when will Synthasite plan to release this feature?

Good morning,

I just checked Google Analytics and found that the page views (of development url(s)) had been increased. I read Lisa email again and I think that people should only preview the development pages while they log in. Is it possible to increase access ability to preview development? For example, using IP address for each user or having password protection if they're not logging in.

Hello,

I noticed that when I got smarty warnings, the problem would stay for about 20 minutes or so, then it would somehow correct itself. Then I could work on my site for awhile about 45 minutes. Then the same problem shown up again.

Hi Bengo,

I'm using Red Planet template but I overwrote some CSS attributes to get to what I want. I created a file called screen.css and put it in the resources folder. Then I load the file in very page. You are welcome to look at the source code.

Yes, the problem went away again. I don't know what is going on because it only affects the development box. Anyway, have to wait for the expert. :)

Okay, I'm giving up for now. I now also gave me errors mentioned on the first report. I couldn't work on my site.

So, please let me know what is going on and if there is anything that I should do to resolve this problem.

I'm sorry for sending many reports here. I had problem again with smarty but now it occurred when I tried to preview the page (on development url). Here's the error message:

I logged in to the development area just fine but when I opened the file I received several popup windows saying "Invalid component id 'I85'. Cannot find component HTML" And also the following 2 warnings:

Thank you for your reply. I didn't distribute the development url to anybody including Google webmaster tool or any other tools or to any chat rooms. The way I found out about this was searching my site on Google and it returned the development URL. Once I saw that, I went to look at Google Analytics and I found the development url(s) had been viewed over 350 times for the main page and over 20 times for each of the other pages.

I tested on Yahoo and MSN. I didn't find the development URLs yet.

Please let me know what should I do to solve this problem. I'm updating my site on a weekly basis for the weekly article, ingredient and recipe. So, I work on those 3 areas during the week and try to publish it on Saturday night. So it'd be very bad to have people look at my work in progress

Access permissions to development sites

When I search for my website using Google, the search results included the development url (/ide.synthasite.com/sites/D5be/D778/D468/D5b3/U402881.....) I don't think public should be able to read or execute development sites. Is it possible to limit the access permissions to development box?

Difficulty navigating in HTML Editor Window

I'm having difficulty navigating in HTML Editor Window. I normally use HTML editor window to add/edit text and I was able to use a mouse to scroll a page up and down and "end" button to jump to the end of the line.

Now, if a line is longer than the window width, the "end button would take a cursor to the end of a line but I couldn't see it. I couldn't use my mouse to scroll a page up and down. My mouse is working fine. :)

Is there an easy way to navigate in HTML editor window?

Of course, it's javascript. Use can view the source code of my main page. Just copy and paste. And then change the images' file name and the dimension of the image.
All of your images should have the same height and width to make it work nicely. There are 2 different sets of javacript, copy the long one. The function, toggleblock() doesn't apply to slides show. The toggleblock() is for expand/collapse div, you can see example at the Articles section on my site.

I also found a bug. I noticed that once I pasted HTML code in the verify field, If I right away preview or save the page, the code would stay in the field. However, if I also did other changes, like modified the content, then the code disappear.

Then when I viewed the source code, I saw the meta name = ..... twice
It put the entire Html Code inside the content = " "

I tried to put the code here but I can't. Here's the sample page, you can look in the source code http://ide.synthasite.com/sites/D5be/...

I double checked the verify field in case I messed up. Everything looks fine in there.

It seems to me that it only wants me to enter the number. Am I suppose to only copy the verification number or the entire HTML code?

I found a minor problem with uploading a favicon. I have my image saved as "favicon.ico" It's in the resources folder but I couldn't see it. I had to reload the image again to see the file and then I'll have my favicon. I know for sure that my image exists because it asked me if I want to overwrite the file when I reload the image.

I had to reload the image for every file. I couldn't directly type the file name into favorite icon field. Is there a way to display .ico file in a resources folder?
