This should be a no-brainer, except that iPhone forces me to view text messages as a chat. What if it's a message (address, event details) that I want to forward to others?

Custom ringtones are currently not supported, but I hear that the underground hacking effort is leading to access to these files. We may have a workaround to allow custom ringtones in short order, but it probably won't be super easy. On the other hand, if Apple adds this feature it could be as slick as everything else on this phone.

I'm getting a 404 error when I click on my RSS feed. I've tried this on others' feeds and have the same problem. Looks like a bug.

And of course you can always incorporate a Pownce RSS feed into your iGoogle page. The feed is http://pownce.com/feeds/public/<your_username>. However, I just checked and that url is currently kicking back a bug. Once it's fixed you should be able to click "Add stuff" on iGoogle and then "Add by URL" next to the searchbox. Voila, instant Gadget from a feed.</your_username>

First off, I expect Apple to find a reliable fix for this in very short order, given the widespread problems.

Second, some people have found that the following works: go to outlook, select Help -> Detect and Repair. This might resolve any conflicts that are causing the problem. Then again...

Usually when I buy Apple products (or any technology gadgets or whatever) they ask me if I want an extended warranty when I checkout. They didn't ask me this when I bought my iPhone. Do I take this to mean there's no extended warranty (or Apple Care option)? Isn't this strange?
