stoweboyd,
Thanks for the quick follow-up. We're think a recent update is causing there to be difficulty with having more than one drop in Firefox open at once.
As a work-around, and this is something we use for having multiple gmail accounts open at once, you can download an extension called IE Tab. You can get it here.
If you use IE's rendering engine for one drop and Firefox for the other you can have them open and work in them simultaneously.
Here's a link to a video that demonstrates this. The tab on the left is IE, on the right is Firefox.
Here is the drop itself - http://drop.io/ibcmtnp
Best,

stoweboyd,
Sorry your still having problems. Permissions with web browsers can get tricky sometimes and it has a lot to do with sessions and caching.
Can you help us clear this one up? Your help would be great.
1. What browser are you running (I'm assuming Firefox since you had a question related to it before) and what version/build. You can get that info from the about menu.
2. Are you using separate windows or are you using tabs?
3. Are you using more than one browser such as having Internet Explorer for one drop and Firefox for another?
Thanks,
Peter F.
