the doc replied on March 18, 2008 19:33 to the question "Cam buckle replacement?" in Timbuk2:
If the base of the cam buckle is cracked or broken you should fill out our warranty form on our website. But, we're starting to do repairs so state that you'd like us to fix the cam buckle so we can sew in a new one for you if the base is cracked. if its just the flap part you can just pop that new one in there...

the doc replied on March 11, 2008 16:55 to the question "Do you do repairs?" in Timbuk2:
you say Lycra? Your bag might be a Commute model and not a Laptop Messenger... Either way Yes we are doing repairs. What you need to do is log on to Timbuk2.com and fill out the Warranty return form and once we receive it we'll be able to determine whether or not it can be repaired. If it can't it will be replaced under our Warranty.

I also ride my bike to work here at T2 everyday. I would recoment our Large size Classic Messenger. It would hard to fit all that stuff comfortably in a Med Classic.
Since you only carry your Laptop now and again I recoment you get one of our Laptop Sleeves too. This way your CPU can be protected but you can take it out of the bag for extra room.
You can't remove our built in laptop sleeve in our Laptop Messengers.
