Sorry for the late reponse and fix on this.

The comment will now correctly appear on the teampage. Also, if somebody has a private profile/comments we don't show the comment-link anymore.

The tracker doesn't use cookies for authentication.

The website sets a cookie for your session as '_wakoopa_session' on wakoopa.com. Saving that cookie will keep you logged in for the website.

And, yes, we only show contacts that have an iPhone. If you're missing anybody, encourage them to install the app ;)

The press release about automatically tracking applications is outdated.

You can record your usage through the iphone-client by clicking the 'I use it'-button. We're also releasing an extension to the tracker so you can use iTunes to import your iPhone-applications into your profile. – Menno van der Sman, on October 26, 2009 17:21

We tracked this problem to a bug in our iPhone application dealing with 'special' characters like punctuation in your password. We're working on a fix for the application, but it will take some time to get deployed as an update on the app-store.

In the mean time you'll need to change your password at http://wakoopa.com/account (login with your current password). You can use special characters but we need you to change the password just once.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any problems, leave your username and I'll take a look.

The reason you're seeing the software is because you're looking at your own profile. Your contacts or strangers wouldn't see the hidden software.

I can understand this may be a bit confusing and we'll take a look at this.

Your profile is set to private. So we protect your API with a feed-key found at http://wakoopa.com/api

For your badge we can't use the feed-key because you'll want to embed the badge publicly. So the image-widgets are disabled for private users.

Sorry for the delay in our response. It was indeed an UTF-8 related issue and I've fixed the bug. The fix will be online soon.

During busy times we have a delay in processing the tracker data. This causes 'recently used' apps to be delayed as well for up to a couple of hours.

We're trying to manage this issue better to the delay as small as possible.
