I rarely use the word hate. I was a victim of severely idiotic parents who to this day feel they deserve parenting awards. I don't hate them for it. I DO hate my cable company, so much so that I went out of my way to get satellite and paid a substantial amount to bribe my building manager to allow a satellite dish on the roof. There is only one thing I hate more than the cable company. The level of hate i have for this company is only comparable to the hate I have for ideas such as slavery and murder... this company is sprint / nextel. Its the 40 minutes I spend on the phone talking to the robot voice, explaining my problem, street address and customer code letter by letter, and then explaining it again to the operator when I am finally connected. Its the inability for anyone in the company to connect me to the department I need to be connected to without hanging up on me. Its the strange phones they have that never look like anything else on the market. Its the charges that come out of nowhere and take hours to take off my bill. Do yourself a favor, and change phone companies.
