if you are uploading from any type of mobile device you've setup to work with Flickr there are settings that have tags associated with it.
For Example:
If you are emailing these photos to your special Flickr upload email address, chances are you might have tags associated with that. To see if this is the case, do the following:
Log in to Flickr.
Click the down arrow next to You.
Click on Your Account.
Click the Email tab.
Look for Your Flickr upload email.
To the right click Edit.
Here you will be able to change the tags that are auto-assigned to any pictures uploaded to Flickr via the email upload.
