Also, this doesn't cure the headset problem, but for anyone sick of the recessed input hole, here's the hack:

Works great -- I've hacked nearly all my audio cables to be "iPhone compliant."

The site that myfirstname mentions has the Ultimate Ears Super.fi 4vi, which the Apple stores only started carrying a few weeks ago. They are awesome.
Great sound quality, and everyone I've talked to says I sound better than ever. Nothing comes close to the push-button switch on the original iPhone headset, but those earbuds are horrid. The push button on the UE Super.fi is a tad hard to push, but that's really my only complaint. They are a great set of cans -- have been using them instead of my Shure 5c lately.

I'm liking my v-moda Vibe Duos. They look great, construction/design is impressive, and they're very comfortable. The newly-released version has the headset controls on the cable (answer call, pause music, skip song). There's not a lot of "sparkle" in the sound - they're weighted more at the bass end, but overall I've been impressed.

I'm not sure I'm entirely clear what you're asking.
If you're asking how you can support your favorite company in Satisfaction, you can post topics to their Satisfaction site -- either by praising them (tell them you love them!), posting ideas, answering questions and responding to topics other users have posted.
If you're asking how to follow the activity on the Satisfaction site of your favorite company we don't have that ability just yet but it will be coming soon. However, right now you can set up a RSS feed. Here's a topic with more info on RSS feeds.
If your favorite company isn't represented in Satisfaction yet, go here to add it. You can also get to that page by clicking the "Get Satisfaction!" badge at the bottom of the page.
