Done, just waiting for a reply. Having waited for over a month for the "add to cart" function to work properly it was quite frustrating to have yet another problem. I hope I don't develop an ulcer due to this.. ;-)

OK, I actually managed to buy this PDF yesterday, but the link to the download in the mail doesn't work! I get a "An invalid media request was made.(error blank182)". And yeah, I removed the arrows around the link! And the title hasn't turned up under my profile like it should either !!

I'm extremely peeved !

I have the same problem. Really annoying issue. O'Reilly website is driving me crazy! I'm French and the phone order is not a viable option.
