pstuifzand replied on November 14, 2007 10:17 to the problem "Windows vista calendar and reminders" in I want Sandy:
I'm sorry that I wasn't clearer the first. The problem is like this:
When I import/sync the ical feed, the calendar will show reminders that I have been already reminded for (like three or four days ago). The 'old' reminder show up as overdue. These are things that I already got an reminder for and completed.
For example:
I had an appointment last friday. Sandy sent a reminder to me, which is fine, that's what I use Sandy for. Now I import the ical feed into the calendar, which says, you had an appointment on friday (it's wednesday now). I don't want that 'old' reminder from the calendar program. I do want the reminder from the calendar, but not when its overdue (and of course not every time I sync the calendar)
So is their a way for me to let Sandy know that a certain reminder is 'done', so it won't show up in the ical feed?
P.s. I'm currently using the built-in Windows Calendar of Vista.

Windows vista calendar and remindersWhen I import or sync the list.ics file I'm prompted about reminders that I'm already reminded about. Then I have to dismiss these reminders (every time the calendar is synced).
Is there something I can do to the appointments (with an email) or is there something you can do about the ics file?
