i'm getting the same error with twitteriffic on mac and Spaz on pc. I don't run them at the same time, even changed my password to be sure. I'm also not using any other apps/sites like SocialThing.

Brad, the problem is occurring due to Twitter's API. We checked our database and it shows that sure enough Twitbin only posted your tweets once. Its after twitter receives them that for some reason they get reposted.
It's not unusual Twitter's API to act up, they're probably working on it.
I emailed Twitter about it and as soon as i get an answer, I'll let you know if there's anything we can do on our side to help.

ok i know that but on twitbin we dont store any post, because of that i have asked you if you also see duplicate posts when you login into twitter.com with your account

yes. they are duplicate posts there as well. i have exclusively posted through twitbin...

What's your twitter username? I will look to see if there was a hiccup on our end or twitters'
Right now I am guessing it was twitters, as we don't send any communication to twitter unless specifically requested. Much less 3 distinct tweets. We don't store them or any of your login info.

So, this means that if I use Twitterfox to see what my Twitter updates are, and publish my Twitters on my log, I exceed 70 requests to twitter an hour? How's that possible?? It's not as if I am constantly hitting the refresh button or anything :(
