I'm getting the same experience too. I have dd/mm/yy settings in I want sandy and I'm using UK English settings in my web browser. I have the same experience in Firefox & IE - clicking a day in the date chooser has the effect of changing to the corresponding month

I'd really appreciate this enhancement too. Sandy is always telling me she doesn't recognise my email address because I used the wrong one
