For example, my father's birthday is April 20th. I want to be able to tell Sandy "Remind me thtat my father's birthday is on April 20th, three days in advance."

Not sure if this would be better as a hard-coded @cell, @secondemail, etc. or whether a rules-based engine where people could say "if topic = @cell AND subject includes 'Joe', send notification HERE."
