Hi folks,
So you don't confuse Sandy and Sandy -- or ask Sandy to do what you meant for Sandy to do, you can replace "Sandy" with "S", as in:
S, remember to introduce Sandy and Sandy at the office tomorrow
This is also a rather useful shortcut for those of us using mobile email.
Other shortcuts we've just introduced and have yet to document are single-letter equivalents of all 5 of Sandy's keywords:
r - "r dry cleaning tomorrow morning" (equivalent to "remember" or "remind")
u - "u next thursday" (equivalent to "update")
f - "f #1" (equivalent to "forget")
l - "l @todo" (equivalent to "lookup")
h - "h" (equivalent to "help")
So if you're Cc'ing Sandy on a message to your other Sandy and thumbing it on your iPhone or BlackBerry or Treo or the like, you can keep things pretty short:
s, r coffee w/ Sandy at 8am
Best,
Rael

I once worked with another Amy and I agreed to respond to a nickname--in this case 'Lola'. It worked so well that years later those *former* coworkers still call me that when I see them.
Something similar could work here--allow any user to establish a nickname for their robot Sandy to avoid this confusion. A user-set nickname would be a permanent fix for this problem since it would be up to every user to adapt the Sandy system to their particular needs. For instance, I could call my assistant "Randy," and I'd make him my anytime anywhere cabana boy :)-

I work with another Sandy and am afraid they will get confused...I work with another Sandy and we email a lot of stuff between us. If I include your Sandy in the converstation with this Sandy I think it might one or both of them.
Anyone else dealing with this?
Ideas or suggestions?
