Hmm. I run Quickbooks on Parallels all the time without problem. I am using Parallels 3.0 (it also worked on 2.0), Win XP with all the latest patches, and Quickbooks Pro 2007.

Are you using a similar setup? Maybe we can triangulate on the problem...

Which version of Windows and which version of Quickbooks are you running?

It was running fine in P - e.g., explorer was working, but then within QB it would BSOD...

So you can run Windows just fine until you try Quickbooks? Or does Windows give you the BSOD at other times too?
