It isn't possible with anything that I know of. I've heard of folks rolling their own thing with the plugin api though (I don't have any specifics, sorry).
Some of the wikis do have apis, others don't. And of course, none of them are the same. Between that and not having a unified wiki language of any kind... it's a big mess.
