Can't install drivers manually

Can't manually install a driver; went through device manager-> update driver -> browse my computer -> let me pick -> uncheck compatible drivers. BUT IT WONT LET ME CHOOSE THE FILE! I know where it is and that I need it but I can't choose it. How can I install it? Also the window isn't resizable. bad.

The up one level button has gone. GONE! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH. How could you take away the single most used button from explorer? And before someone jumps in and says "Hey you can click on the address in the address bar." YOU CANT IN LIBRARIES. So bring back the up one level button and get rid of libraries, because if we were too retarded to navigate our own file system, and recquired libraries, we would buy macs.

How can I delete/destroy libraries so I never have to see them ever again? I ask the question because libraries make navigation in windows explorer harder not easier, by blocking the user from going up a level any higher than the library. WHY? do you assume we won't ever need to?

Can we at least turn them off?

Having different coloured backgrounds for Menu/Section/Category/Article managers would help with work in the joomla! admin interface, by giving admin an instant indication as to which manager they are in. When in a hurry it is painful to have to keep checking the title of every page. Still, its not urgent, so its just an idea for the future.

A comment on the idea "Smooth fading between default and hovered buttons in feathers" in Songbird:

that's a perspective I haven't considered before ... thankyou. Also, I understand that a current goal is to get songbird's ram usage down, and this would only make it worse. Agreed; I used frontpage for websites until I learnt the basics and realised just how bad it was. Now I just use Joomla for a CMS. its easier

The now playing list is pretty good, but it sucks how you can't change other playlists on the zune device itself. Zune should allow the editing of user created playlists withtin the device, without the need to connect it to a pc.

When opening some windows in restored mode, in windows seven, they appear beneath the taskbar, and only by resizing them do they suddenly pop below the bar.

Microsoft hasn't created a new feature since Xp. Literally. (or any useful ones anyway). They just bloated up vista and fixed that a bit for 7.

Smooth fading between default and hovered buttons in feathers

feathers in songbird make it so good to look at, but they tend to look glitchy and raw when the default button just snaps to the hovered image.
It would be awesome if the default button (play next stop etc) had a short transition to the hovered image; even if it were just 10 frames over o.5 of a second.
This would make it look so much smoother and I believe it would make songbird look and feel like a much more proffessional player.
