CoolIris went BACK instead of FORWARD!

FireFox told me that a cool new version of CoolIris was avalailable. So I just downloaded CoolIris 1.11 in FireFox for MAC OS X.

What a DOG!!! The earlier version, 1.0 worked just fine, but the new version does the following: Opens in FireFox window instead of full screen (which was a cool feature) won't let me click on any of the toolbar buttons at the bottom, won't enlarge an image when clicked on, and changed up a very intuitive scroll bar with something from 1996.

WHAT HAPPENED? This is definitely a case of a new software version being dumber and less useful than an earlier version. Uninstalled v1.11 and going out to see if I can download v1 again.

I also have the same problem, and it get's weirder, on the MAIN Twitter search page I can find people, but on all of the SubPage search links, the feature doesn't work.

I had to wade around in Twitter to find this.

By the way? Comment? This general help feature is very poor customer service. The Help Buttons all took me to "getsatisfaction" and NOT to the Twitter/Help page. I could have saved a lot of commenting if I had known that.

how come I can't find myself or any one of my friends on Twitter. Is the search function broken? and how come support just takes you over to a page with other user comments. where is the support and how do you reach them?

this site is frustrating and not at all what i expected. I know dozens of people on Twitter, have their emails, know their screen name and CAN'T FIND THEM!!

this is TOTALLY frustrating. I'm having the exact same experience and all I get is this stupid user comment page. WHERE'S THE SUPPORT? is Twitter asleep at the switch?

I have seen DOZENS of similar complaints and no solution offered
