Yes, if a friend sends email her personal Sand address and Cc's you, the setting for that friend on the Friends page determines how you will be notified. The notification will come from your personal Sandy email address.

If you Bcc Sandy, she will of course scan and read lines like "Sandy, remember foo." The difference is that she won't reply to any other recipients. If you Cc her, she'll reply to the other recipients, offering to remember for them the same stuff she remembered for you.

As for the following stuff, I don't know what's up with that. Sandy automatically follows everyone who follows her, at least according to the folks at Twitter. Are you following Sandy?

Just Cc them on a message to Sandy. She knows who to invite and who you're just friending based on email address. So if you know the same email address for a friend as Sandy does, that'll do the trick.

Where did you put the "Remind"? Was it in a separate paragraph? If so, Sandy will try very hard to find a name for what you want her to remember, but if you don't have the date in the same paragraph as the "remind", she'll remind you tomorrow.

I just clicked "Write to Sandy" on Sandy's Web site, pasted in your example, put a space after the second asterisk and sent it. Then I clicked the link to see the results (the item was called "Do Tasks"), then clicked the item, and there was the list, perfect as can be. I then went into Your Stuff -> Lists and it was there, too.

So your list appears to be formatted fine. It's not a todo, though, since there is no @todo tag. But otherwise, I'm mystified as to what the trouble you're having could be.
