I actually received 2 of my 3 reminders yesterday, though the one that did arrive arrived late.
When I logged in to the Sandy site and checked my daily digest, only 2 of the 3 events had the bell/alarm icon next to them. I assume that is why I didn't receive the one.
However... the message that did NOT have the alarm icon had been sent in the exact format of the other s "r me at blahblahblah" and the confirmation email I received stated that I would be sent a remind and what time it would be sent.
I use gmail for email and Rogers for sms; I am configured for both sms and email reminders and in this case received neither.
Thanks in advance.

I've been experiencing this as well. It is very troubling as I thought I could count on Sandy to remind me of things. If I can't fully trust Sandy to remind me then I can't use the service at all.
Is something up with Sandy?
I have a reply email that says my email and sms reminder was set for a particular time this morning. That come has come and gone and I received no reminder through either email or SMS.-

jd replied on August 27, 2008 21:30 to the problem "my sms reminders come as emails" in I want Sandy:
This is actually something that Sandy can fix. I had the same problem with Twitter SMS messages until I asked Twitter to send me real SMS messages instead of email SMS messages.
Twitter was aware of this problem with Canadian carriers and was easily able to change the type of SMS it was sending to me. Now I no longer have to reply with Read to get the message. I get a proper SMS message.
Can Sandy please, please do the same? I'm getting very tired of replying with 'Read' to every notification.

Is there a way to see older messages on Twinkle?I want to see more messages than just those displayed at one time on the iPhone app. Is there a way to get older messages from people who are nearby? I posted a messages and went back later to see if anyone responded but my message and any potential responses were long gone.

Does the sync with Gmail account for new My Contacts versus Suggested Contacts? On your Gmail Connection page you state that Gmail creates a contact for anyone you have ever emailed. Gmail now separates contacts into My Contacts and Suggested Contacts (which are all contacts ever emailed) so this is no longer correct.
Does Soocial sync with My Contacts or Suggested Contacts?

Widget for adding reminders/appoinements?Is there a widget for adding reminders? I've seen the widget for viewing your daily digest but what would be really useful is to be able to add reminders, appointments, etc. right from the widget.
I know I could just send an email but I'm in my iGoogle page already so it would be nice to add from there.

Since you asked, I've chosen Toodledo as my to do list manager after trying nearly every alternative out there. It's the best I have come across in terms of features, integrations and support. Emailing my to do's etc. to Toodledo is as easy as emailing them to Sandy. Setting up reminders is better with Sandy but there are other ways to accomplish that goal. I just couldn't wait any longer for Sandy to add the features I need.
Oh yeah, Toodledo's task list can integrate with Gcal.
Sandy has much promise though... especially if she can take advantage of some of the features that poor neglected Stikkit has/had.
