Ah, this is true - didn't see it, as it's "below the fold" on my laptop, and I was trying to login from the "pop-up" login, in which case, no "forgot password" link is listed in THAT aspect of the UI.
Solved for me for now, but might want to drop that link into the login that jumps out if you clip something without already being logged in.

No password reminder or reset?Am I missing something, or is there no "forgot password" link? I have a dozen or so passwords I use, and none are registering.

Argh, I spoke too soon. Just replied by e-mail (using gmail) to a comment, and received the error:

Reply by e-mail working fine (now that I understand how you're parsing it, and I'm not overthinking the mechanics).
But, on the stray comment front, had another commentor pop on the blog today, and ended up being able to comment via the typepad area rather than ID. Exported and imported into ID, and while it pulled in the comment, it's not associated with the post.

Some way to self-service fix this, would be fantastic. – Dan Keldsen, on June 25, 2008 03:57

Michael - testing the beta features (replying to a comment via e-mail), and don't know if it's related, but neither the original comment ( see http://www.biztechtalk.com/2008/05/th...%23IDComment1084871 - it's showing in the sidebar), nor my reply to the comment (submitted via e-mail reply) are showing up attached to the post. My reply actually doesn't appear to be anywhere - not showing the dashboard or the blog directly.
Hmm?

Definitely interested in new features - let me know what I can do try it out, either directly on my site, or as a user elsewhere.
BTW - if it impacts the stray comment business. My blog was originally hosted as delphigroup.blogs.com/dan_keldsen/ and I eventually changed the domain to biztechtalk.com. Behind the scenes, the old mapping still works, but should be phased out. – Dan Keldsen, on May 20, 2008 17:18

Lingering issues with TypePad Comment ImportHave found another stray comment, imported from TypePad, that isn't showing via Intense Debate.
See http://www.biztechtalk.com/2007/05/re...
Do you have a view that can show "stray" or orphaned comments? Would be handy to provide a way to self-service re-attaching imported comments.
