My Twitter accoutn has just been restored quietly. This was after writing del@twitter an e-mail, but I don't know if he also was the guy addressing it.

Anyway I am a happy camper again. Although I think Twitter support needs more staff to address these things more personally.

I am glad someone shares my experience, although not too glad about anyone having to have the experience in the first place.
I am truly disappointed with Twitters support in this matter. And judging from the threads that pop up like every other hour with the exact same topic here on Get Satisfaction it is a real issue.

5 days without a human response and counting. This is getting immensely annoying.

I tried to check my account @AlexK on Saturday, but got that dreaded notice that my account had been suspended because of "suspicious" activity. Of course, not a single hint about what that activity might have been.

When opening a support request the request gets marked as "solved" immediately (http://twitter.zendesk.com/requests/3...). When trying to send an e-mail to suspended@twitter.com there is no reaction.

I have been a Twitter user since the early days in 2006 and never have done anything (to my knowledge) to deserve this. The only thing I can think of that might have triggered this is my recent bulk unfollowing of quite a lot of people that were not listening to my Tweets anyways. Hardly a spamming behaviour, is it? I was just trying to cut down the noise in my stream, something I wrote about on Twitter itself, so it is not something I am making up here. Read my posts Twitter team.

Anyway... HELP!!! This is getting very frustrating, because I use that account for business as well. What kind of image does it paint of my business practices when my account gets suspended? I was in the middle of acquiring a new project when this happened.

I recently registered with SocialToo to try it out. I tried to set up my profile so that people that unfollow me within 10 days after following get unfollowed. But when I hit submit the radio button always jumps back to the topmost option (unfollow everybody that unfollows me).

Also it seems that I don't get the correct stats in my daily e-mails. I though you had fixed that (read your blog post)?

Anyway, if you can help me to get those to things working I am a happy camper. :)

Actually, they are partially coming through. I just got a lonely Reply and the searches & Profile Peeks still work as do updates sent through EventBox. Receiving normal Twitter updates seems to be the only thing down.

I never used the HUD, not once. I find it utterly useless actually. To me the main window is the great part of EventBox.
