Chris - we keep these comments there to preserve even after the user has left.
We would consider this a specific situation, and are able to help if you'd like to send us an email at support [at] mercurygrove.com with details on the group name and the user information that you'd like to have removed.

Scott replied on May 27, 2008 20:18 to the problem "Contacts: Unused Company Names Are Always Displayed" in Mercury Grove:
When you changed the name of the company on the contact page, you actually created a new company, so its now associated with that company.
To get rid of "test" company, click on the name on the RHS, make sure there are no longer any people associated with it, click on edit profile, and select "Delete" at the top of the screen.

Scott, an employee of Mercury Grove, replied on November 08, 2007 20:19 to the question "Time-based appointments (and reminders) on calendar?" in Mercury Grove:
Currently the calendar is meant to be a shared resource for the team to see events on specific dates, as opposed to an "agenda" style calendar. You can type the time in the event title ("2pm Board Meeting").
How would you like to use this feature? For reminders, how would you like them to work? Would you like to choose the time to receive the reminder?-
