If she is no longer in the group, she cannot access any of your content. As a user of the system, she can create new groups that are independent of you, so you cannot really "delete" her.

Chris - currently we do not have the capability to remove people's comments. I will review with the development team to see if it requires a major change.

Chris - we keep these comments there to preserve even after the user has left.

When you changed the name of the company on the contact page, you actually created a new company, so its now associated with that company.

To get rid of "test" company, click on the name on the RHS, make sure there are no longer any people associated with it, click on edit profile, and select "Delete" at the top of the screen.

Paul - to permanently delete a group you click on the "leave group" link in the account area within the group. If you are the last person in the group, it will delete the group. If you are not the last person, you need to remove the other members first.

The Calendars sync with outlook and ical.

When in the calendar module, click on the name of the calendar you want to sync with. On the following page you will see an ical icon - click on it to subscribe to the calendar.

Currently the calendar is meant to be a shared resource for the team to see events on specific dates, as opposed to an "agenda" style calendar. You can type the time in the event title ("2pm Board Meeting").

How would you like to use this feature? For reminders, how would you like them to work? Would you like to choose the time to receive the reminder?
