is this being worked on at all? i would think anytime the assignee is changed it would shoot you an email, but it doesn't seem to be doing that.

why is your payment gateway pending 40 charges on my account currently?

my chase account shows 40 pending charges to your company, and yet i am now receiving an email every 30 seconds from your payment system saying I've been declined. That's every 30 seconds since 12:12 last night.

actually, the answer was:

People tab > "Add A New Member" > "Give an existing person access"

That resets their password and sends an email, but is that different than re-sending them a welcome email?

Seems ridiculous, but when I go to the "People" tab I just get a list of people...

For most of them, I can't change their projects or edit their info.

Is this because these people haven't set up their accounts yet?

I am the Account Owner.

I added a whole bunch of tickets yesterday in what I now realize to be reverse order. I went top-to-bottom off my TODO list, so thus they are listed to me from bottom-to-top.

Can I reverse the date sort on tickets?

ahh. i'm using rackspace and their oh so lovely non-support of rails. they're very good with everything else, so i'm just crossing my fingers at this point.

and i hired a guy to help me through the initial install which is making me hyperventilate less...
