To start: Are you trying to hit http://podiobooks.com, or http://www.podiobooks.com? (We've had DNS issues with the former)

Second: If you can fire up Firebug, watch the page load in the Net tab. Let me know what element it seems to be hanging on.

I've made a change to the site which might resolve this. Could you let me know what it's like for you now?

How familiar are you with a plugin called Firebug? Would you be willing to assist me in tracking this down?

Hmmmm. I'm looking at the pages so far and things look normal from my side. Could you try again this morning? I was doing some work on the site yesterday, and that might be related.

First, check your spam folder...that's what usually happens with the emails. It it's not there, if you can tell me your login name, I can reset the password manually.

Wow. This was a good one.

At the end of things, it looks like the subscription itself does not exist in the system. The user ID 10647 is for a user name 'joeqpublicus'. Is this you, AWB? If not, could you send my your login name, so I can check your account?

When you put the subscription URL into your podcaster, how did you do it? Was it one of out one-click, buttons? Or did you copy and paste? Or even type it in manually? This will help me trace the problem and fix it.

This is because we've moved to using Libsyn Pro. Are you having an issue, in particular? If so...send me info about the mp3 player info and the podcacthewr you are using, and I'll let the Libsyn guys know.

There were some badly encoded characters in the feed. I've removed them, and it looks good now.
