There's nothing else on my page; it looks like an error message of some sort. Using Firefox 3.0.2 on Mac OS X 10.5.2, same problem happens with Safari on the same machine.

Yow! I'm so emotional about this. It makes me feel frustrated.

Interesting, I have asked couple of my friends to search for my website keywords in Yahoo & MSN organic search and open my website. But in never showed up in my Google Analytics report. Not sure about the reason.fishy.

Riding Ann Arbor's streets on a bicycle, you certainly see where some
of the problem areas are with our streets. This has been a
particularly hard winter and the city council has actually had to
appropriate more money for fixing potholes and other road problems. I
am going to try to have the city set up a place on the website where
cyclists can post pieces about areas that they find very troublesome.
For example, I had to ride down to S. State Street yesterday and
there's a really bad spot under the bridge, just north of Stimson.
Would others be willing to be "eyes and ears" for our under-staffed
city road crews?

I used Urchin last year.Then I learned that it took in consideration the crawlers on your website which was very annoying so as to have accurate stats. Later I chose Analytics, cause it's free. But in fact I found that even if I removed 20% of visitors (considered as bots), Lots of the traffic was not recorded or taken in consideration by Analytics. More take 60%

I'm thinking about a monthly newsletter to hand out to people at a2b3. The idea is that this would be a piece of paper that would give people at a glance what they need to know for the month, in a format that would also serve as a useful reminder for anyone who was not at the event itself.

It would extra super duper ideal if said piece of paper could be filled full of data that was automatically extracted from existing pages or databases or calendars on the net, and so updating it would not be a special task but just a side effect of doing the right thing for
some other purpose, with the goal of having the online piece correct so that many people don't need to see the paper piece.

I'm imagining columns or sections for
- a calendar of events, derived from upcoming.org
- a list of employment related items, derived from ???
- some kind of unclassified advertising a la craigslist
- business card sized and shaped display advertising

What I don't want is a huge headache and hassle for anyone to do this, and I don't want an enormous expense. That said, it would certainly be useful to add a monthly synchronization to the weekly meeting process if only to create an added
biorhythm to the mix. Suggestions welcomed.

From time to time I need to go somewhere quiet for a phone call in downtown Ann Arbor. Naturally, the typical cafe scene with an espresso machine going in the background and piped-in 80s music doesn't suit as background noise.

Where's your favorite place to take a quiet call downtown? I'd gladly duck into a phone booth, if only there was one.

There was an allegation on arbor update of a vendor who brought peaches and pineapples to market, still with stickers on them from the place they bought them; it's unconfirmed.

I think the webmaster tools are lying to you. When searching for your newer content it is showing up as expected.

For example, if you search for "Earth in the blanket" you are #5 in the results.
